Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with this enchantment on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Possibility Storm (DGM 34, Foil) is a red enchantment from Dragon's Maze that replaces casting spells by exiling them and revealing cards from the top of the library until a card shares a type, allowing that card to be cast without paying its mana cost. Its triggered ability applies to whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, creating highly chaotic and random effects by shuffling the exiled cards to the bottom of the library afterward. It often serves as a chaos engine in multiplayer or combo decks by enabling off-color or off-type casts and disrupting opponents' plans.
