Notion Thief (DGM 88, Rare) is a creature card with flash from the Dragon's Maze set. It replaces opponents' non-first draw effects by making them skip that draw while you draw a card instead, letting you steal incremental card advantage. Its flash and disruptive draw-replacement role make it useful as a reactive control piece or combo enabler in decks that care about interrupting opponents' draw effects.
