Give // Take (DGM 129, Uncommon) is a split sorcery from Dragon's Maze with the Fuse mechanic allowing one or both halves to be cast. The Give half places three +1/+1 counters on a target creature, while the Take half removes all +1/+1 counters from a creature you control and lets you draw that many cards. When fused and cast together the Give effect happens first, then Take, allowing interaction with the counters placed by Give.
