Tumble Magnet (2XM 304, Foil) is an artifact reprinted in the Double Masters set. It enters the battlefield with three charge counters and can tap an artifact or creature by paying {T} and removing a charge counter. Once its counters are gone the permanent stays on the battlefield but no longer taps things.
