Oblivion Stone (2XM-279) is an artifact reprinted in Double Masters. It can place fate counters on permanents and can be sacrificed to destroy all nonland permanents that lack a fate counter, then remove all fate counters. In deck terms it serves as a board reset or control tool that can spare specific permanents by preemptively marking them with fate counters.
