Ad Nauseam (2XM-76) is a Black Instant from Double Masters that lets you repeatedly reveal the top card of your library, put it into your hand, and lose life equal to its mana value. The reveal-and-pay loop can be repeated any number of times with you choosing when to stop, enabling large card advantage at the cost of life and enabling combo finishes. Players typically use it as a high-risk combo piece or card-advantage engine that can fuel storm or lethal interactions by drawing many necessary pieces in one cast.
