Surgical Extraction (2X2-94) is a black instant reprinted in Double Masters 2022 that exiles cards from an opponent’s graveyard and then lets you search their zones for cards with the same name. It can be cast for Phyrexian black mana ({B/P}) and removes any number of matching-name cards from the owner’s graveyard, hand, and library, then forces a shuffle. First printed in Future Sight and reprinted multiple times as a targeted graveyard-exile instant.
