Ezuri, Claw of Progress (card 211, Double Masters 2022) is a legendary Phyrexian Elf Warrior creature in green-blue. It gains experience counters whenever a creature you control with power 2 or less enters the battlefield and then can put X +1/+1 counters on another target creature at the beginning of combat, where X is your experience count.
