Emiel the Blessed (2X2-10) is a legendary Unicorn creature card. It can exile another creature you control and return it to the battlefield, and it has a triggered ability that lets you pay {G/W} to put one +1/+1 counter on an entering creature or two if that creature is a Unicorn. These effects encourage re-triggering enter-the-battlefield abilities and pair well with Unicorn or +1/+1 counter synergies.
