Elsha of the Infinite (2X2-208 foil) is a legendary Djinn Monk creature from Double Masters 2022. It lets you look at the top card of your library at any time and allows you to cast noncreature spells from the top of your library, with those spells gaining flash if cast that way. It also has Prowess, getting +1/+1 until end of turn whenever you cast a noncreature spell, making it both a card-advantage engine and a reactive threat.
