Concordant Crossroads (2X2-141 foil) is a World enchantment from Double Masters 2022 that gives all creatures haste. Its continuous effect applies to every creature on the battlefield regardless of controller, enabling immediate attacks or use of enter-the-battlefield abilities. As a World permanent it replaces any previous World enchantment when it enters the battlefield.
