Atarka's Command (2X2-176) is a rare red-green instant from Double Masters 2022 that lets you choose two of four modes. Its modes include preventing opponents from gaining life, dealing 3 damage to each opponent, putting a land from your hand onto the battlefield, or giving your creatures +1/+1 and reach until end of turn. The flexibility makes it useful as removal, reach or ramp depending on the game state.
