It has kicker {3}{R} and a triggered enter-the-battlefield effect that, if kicked, lets you gain control of target creature until end of turn, untap it, and give it haste. Its base stats and haste make it an aggressive one-drop replacement that can be used either as a fast attacker or a temporary steal with the kicker investment.
