At your end step, if two or more opponent permanents have aim counters, the card randomly destroys one of those permanents, with indestructible permanents excluded from being destroyed. It functions as a board-control piece that can remove blockers, lands, or other threats regardless of targeting or hexproof, making it a disruption card in midrange or control red decks.
