The Phasing of Zhalfir (DMU 59) is a Rare Enchantment — Saga from Dominaria United with read ahead. Its chapters phase out a nonland permanent for two chapters and then destroy all creatures, creating 2/2 black Phyrexian creature tokens for each creature destroyed. The Saga can be started partway through because of read ahead, letting you choose which chapter it begins on when it enters the battlefield.
