Rivaz of the Claw (DMU-314) is a Legendary Creature — Lizard Warlock from Dominaria United. It taps for two mana in any colors but restricts that mana to casting Dragon creature spells and lets you cast one Dragon creature from your graveyard once each turn. It also gives Dragons cast from your graveyard a delayed-exile-on-death effect, enabling repeated graveyard recursion while preventing infinite reuse.
