Description

Najal, the Storm Runner (DMU 208) is a legendary Efreet Wizard from the Dominaria United expansion. It lets you cast sorcery spells as though they had flash. Whenever it attacks you can pay {2} to set up a delayed copy of the next instant or sorcery you cast that turn, allowing you to copy that spell and choose new targets.
