Anointed Peacekeeper (DMU-2) is a rare white Creature — Human Cleric from Dominaria United's normal print run. It has vigilance and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that lets you look at an opponent's hand, name a card, make spells with that name cost {2} more, and increase the activation cost of activated abilities of sources with that name by {2}. The activation-cost increase applies to all opponents and to sources in any zone, but activated mana abilities are unaffected and activated abilities are identified by having a colon.
