Zur, Eternal Schemer (PDMU-228p) is a legendary Human Wizard creature from Dominaria United Promos that costs WUB and has flying. It gives your enchantment creatures deathtouch, lifelink, and hexproof and can turn a non-Aura enchantment you control into a creature with power and toughness equal to its mana value. The third ability has no duration, so the enchanted permanent remains a creature until it leaves the battlefield or another effect changes it.
