The Phasing of Zhalfir (PDMU-59p foil) is an enchantment — Saga from the Dominaria United Promos set. It has read ahead and its chapters can phase out a nonland permanent twice then destroy all creatures, making controllers create 2/2 black Phyrexian creature tokens for creatures destroyed that way. The Saga can enter with extra lore counters via read ahead, changing which chapter triggers first and altering when its effects occur.
