It uses Read Ahead to start with chosen lore counters and its chapters sequentially force an opponent to discard a creature or planeswalker, let you tutor at the cost of 3 life, and then reanimate a creature from a graveyard under your control. As a Saga it provides multi-turn value and a late-game reanimation finish that supports graveyard and sacrifice strategies.
