Stenn, Paranoid Partisan (PDMU-221p) is a legendary Human Wizard from Dominaria United Promos with colors white and blue. As it enters, you choose a noncreature, nonland card type and then spells you cast of that chosen type get one generic mana cheaper, providing ongoing cost reduction. It also has a blink-style activated ability that exiles it and returns it at the next end step, enabling reuse of its enters-the-battlefield choice and protecting it temporarily.
