Rivaz of the Claw (PDMU-215p) is a legendary Lizard Warlock creature from the Dominaria United Promos set combining black and red. It taps for two mana of any colors but that mana can only be spent to cast Dragon creature spells, and it grants a once-per-turn permission to cast a Dragon creature spell from your graveyard. When you cast a Dragon from your graveyard, that creature gains a replacement exile-on-die effect, which preserves the graveyard-exile interaction and can be used alongside alternative or additional costs.
