Whenever you activate a non-mana activated ability that required you to pay life, you may pay that much life again to copy that activated ability and may choose new targets for the copy. As a dual-colored legendary with a life-payment synergy, it supports value plays that double useful activated effects and can act as a commander that rewards life-payment or sacrifice-focused strategies.
