Description

The Lady of Otaria (DMC-35 foil) is a legendary creature avatar from Dominaria United Commander printed in red and green. You may pay its cost by tapping three untapped Dwarves you control instead of paying mana, providing a tribal alternative casting route. At each end step where you lost a land from the battlefield to the graveyard, you reveal the top four cards and may put any number of Dwarf cards from among them into your hand, enabling card selection for a Dwarf-focused deck.
