Description

Rasputin, the Oneiromancer (DMC-62 etched foil) is a legendary Human Wizard creature from Dominaria United Commander. When it enters, it gains a number of dream counters equal to opponents and simultaneously gives each opponent a 1/1 red Goblin token. By tapping and removing dream counters you can either generate colorless mana equal to removed counters or create 2/2 white Knight tokens with protection from red by removing one counter at a time.
