Description

Rasputin, the Oneiromancer (DMC-40 foil) is a legendary Human Wizard creature from the Dominaria United Commander set. When it enters the battlefield it gets dream counters equal to opponents and simultaneously gives each opponent a 1/1 red Goblin token, and it can tap to remove dream counters to produce colorless mana or sacrifice counters to make 2/2 white Knights with protection from red. Its role is a value engine in multiplayer/commander games that converts counters into mana or creatures while affecting opponents on entry.
