He grants deathtouch and boosts other Assassins you control by +1/+1 while also having a triggered win condition tied to opponents losing the game after being attacked by your Assassin. The triggered ability checks that an Assassin you controlled attacked that player this turn and can cause you to win if that attacked player subsequently loses for any reason.
