Illuna, Apex of Wishes (DMC-154) is a Legendary Creature — Beast Elemental Dinosaur from the Dominaria United Commander set. It has flying and trample and a mutate ability that lets you pay {3}{R/G}{U}{U} to mutate it onto a non-Human creature you own. Whenever it mutates you exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland permanent, then you may put that card onto the battlefield or into your hand, providing powerful card‑advantage or cheat effects.
