Description

Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant (DMC-145) is a legendary creature in the Dominaria United Commander set that is a Spirit Soldier in red and white. Its power becomes equal to the highest mana value of cards noted for it that turn, and at each upkeep you exile the top card of your library and may play that card that turn. This creates a recurring card-exile/tempo engine while requiring you to pay normal costs and follow normal timing for any exiled spells or lands.
