Haphazard Bombardment (PDOM-131s foil) is a red enchantment from the Dominaria Promos set. When it enters the battlefield you put aim counters on four nonenchantment permanents you don’t control, and at your end step you randomly destroy one of those marked permanents if two or more exist. The card can disrupt opponents’ boards by putting non-targetable markers and potentially removing key permanents, including lands or hexproof creatures.
