Vislor Turlough (WHO-968, Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Rogue from the Doctor Who set that can serve as a commander via the Doctor's companion ability. It has an enter-the-battlefield trigger offering an opponent control of it (and makes it goaded while they control it) as part of its “Deal with the Black Guardian” text. It also has a recurring end step effect that draws you a card and then makes you lose life equal to your hand size, creating a powerful but risky card-draw engine.
