Vislor Turlough (WHO-74 foil) is a legendary black Rogue creature from the Doctor Who Commander set. It has an enter-the-battlefield triggered choice that can give an opponent control of it and make it goaded while they control it, and an end step draw ability that costs you life equal to your hand size. It can serve as one of two commanders when paired with a qualifying Time Lord Doctor due to the Doctor's companion ability.
