Vislor Turlough (WHO-679 foil) is a legendary creature Rogue from the Doctor Who set and carries the Doctor's companion ability which permits a two-commander configuration when paired appropriately. When it enters the battlefield you may give control of it to an opponent and it becomes goaded while they control it, and at your end step you draw a card then lose life equal to your hand size. The card serves both as a value engine through recurring card draw and a political/interaction piece by potentially forcing opponents to attack while you manage the life cost and commander identity constraints.
