Vislor Turlough (WHO-377 foil) is a legendary black Rogue creature from the Doctor Who expansion. When it enters, you may give an opponent control of it and it becomes goaded while they control it, and at your end step you draw a card then lose life equal to your hand size. It also has Doctor's companion, letting you have two commanders if the other meets the Doctor Time Lord requirement.
