Trial of a Time Lord (WHO-29) is a white Enchantment — Saga from the Doctor Who set. Its first three chapters exile a non-token creature an opponent controls until the saga leaves the battlefield, and the fourth chapter triggers a vote that can place those exiled cards on the bottom of their owners' libraries if Guilty wins. The card supports removal and political interaction, returning any unrecovered exiled permanents to the battlefield when the saga leaves.
