Throes of Chaos (WHO-227) is a red sorcery from the Doctor Who expansion that grants Cascade and also has Retrace. Casting it exiles cards until you reveal a nonland card with lesser mana value that you may cast without paying its mana cost. With Retrace you can cast it from your graveyard by discarding a land, which supports repeatable graveyard recursion and value generation.
