The Wedding of River Song (WHO 940, Rare) is a white sorcery from the Doctor Who set. When cast you draw two cards and may exile a nonland card from your hand with time counters equal to its mana value, then an opponent may do the same, and exiled non-suspend cards gain suspend; it also lets you perform the Time travel action to add or remove time counters on suspended cards and permanents. The card supports tempo and card-advantage strategies by generating card draw while enabling suspend/time-counter interactions for future plays.
