The Wedding of River Song (WHO-349, Rare) is a white sorcery from the Doctor Who set. It lets you draw two cards then allows you and a target opponent to exile a nonland card from your hand with time counters equal to its mana value, with cards exiled this way gaining suspend if they don't already have it. Its second line, Time travel, lets you add or remove time counters on suspended cards and permanents you control, enabling manipulation of suspended effects and upkeep timing.
