The Wedding of River Song (WHO-31) is a white rare sorcery from the Doctor Who set. When cast, it draws two cards and lets you exile a nonland card from your hand with time counters equal to its mana value while an opponent may do the same, and exiled cards without suspend gain suspend. It also has the Time travel keyword that lets you add or remove time counters among suspended cards and permanents you control, enabling interaction with suspended cards and other time-counter effects.
