The War Games (WHO-30 foil) is an enchantment — Saga from the Doctor Who expansion. As it accrues lore counters it creates three tapped 1/1 white Warrior tokens that are goaded, then puts +1/+1 counters on those Warriors on later chapters, and finally lets you exile a nontoken creature you control to exile all those Warriors. The card is white, costs {2}{W}{W}, and functions as a temporal token-generator and mass-exile payoff for decks that can leverage goaded or +1/+1 synergies.
