The War Doctor (WHO-772 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. It gains time counters whenever other permanents phase out or cards are exiled, and when it attacks it deals damage equal to its time counters to any target. If a creature would die from that damage this turn, it is exiled instead, letting it serve as removal or a finisher in aggressive or control-combo decks.
