The Thirteenth Doctor (WHO 609, Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who set. It has Paradox: when you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand you put a +1/+1 counter on a target creature, and Team TARDIS: at your end step you untap each creature you control with a counter on it. The card supports synergy with spells cast from graveyard, exile, or other zones and helps enable aggressive or attacking boards by growing and untapping creatures each turn.
