The Thirteenth Doctor (WHO-564) is a legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. It grants a Paradox trigger that places +1/+1 counters on creatures when you cast spells from zones other than your hand. It also has Team TARDIS, untapping any creatures you control that have counters on them at your end step, supporting recurring attacker or blocker strategies.
