The Thirteenth Doctor (WHO 4) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. It has Paradox: whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, you put a +1/+1 counter on a target creature. Its Team TARDIS ability untaps each creature you control with a counter on it at the beginning of your end step, enabling incremental board development and repetition with spells cast from non-hand zones.
