The Tenth Doctor (WHO 194, Etched Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. Its attack-triggered exile ability gives exiled nonland cards three time counters and grants suspend if needed, enabling future suspended plays. It also has a costly activated ability that lets you time travel three times, manipulating time counters on your suspended cards and permanents to accelerate or delay effects.
