The Sixth Doctor (WHO 1148 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. Its Time Lord's Prerogative triggers once each turn to create a nonlegendary copy of a historic spell you cast, and copies retain the original targets. Official rulings note that "Time Lord" is a two-word creature subtype and explain how copies interact with targets and historic categories.
