The Seventh Doctor (WHO 763) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. When it attacks you choose a card in your hand and the defending player guesses whether that card's mana value is greater than your artifact count, and a correct guess prevents you from casting it for free while a wrong guess lets you cast it without paying its mana cost. If you don't cast a spell through that ability you investigate, generating Clue tokens to provide card draw later.
