The Seventh Doctor (WHO 158) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who expansion. Whenever it attacks you choose a card in your hand and the defending player guesses whether that card’s mana value is greater than the number of artifacts you control, potentially letting you cast the chosen card for free if they guess wrong. Its attack-triggered gamble provides both a high-reward casting avenue and a fallback Investigate token generation when you don’t cast the card.
