The Pandorica (WHO-934, Foil) is a Legendary Artifact from the Doctor Who set. It can tap for an activated ability that untaps and phases out another nonland permanent and prevents it from phasing in while The Pandorica is tapped. It can be left tapped during your untap step to maintain the phased-out state and will return that permanent when it untaps or leaves the battlefield.
